This summer, current 9th through 11th grade New Rochelle high school students have an opportunity to take advantage of a unique summer enrichment program called “LEARN WITH LEADERS'' sponsored by Harvard Student Agencies, an affiliate of Harvard University.

Complete the enrollment form linked here with your child in order to secure your child’s spot in one of the six classes beginning the week of July 10 and continuing through July 28, 2023. Classes will be held twice per week, each class session is two hours for a total of 12 hours. Reading assignments will be given and class participation is expected. Your child must be passing all of his/her courses to be considered for placement.
LEARN WITH LEADERS will be offered virtually by an Ivy League instructor from Yale, Harvard, or MIT. Your child will attend class in-person at the high school assisted by a New Rochelle faculty member. In the flier to students we state: “Are you interested in learning what it takes to have a career in medicine, work as a lawyer, be an entrepreneur, work in international relations and policy-making, perform coding or how to prepare an Ivy-League college application?”

This would be a great addition to your child’s college application and resume! Students who complete the 12 hour course receive a Recognition of Participation from Harvard Student Agencies. Enrollment is on a “first come, first serve” basis. To ensure equity across our schools, we have reserved spaces for all school zones in the District.
